Breads, Cakes, Pastries, Pies and Tarts

Improve your cooking skills and learn the craft of home-baking. We will cover a range of skills and techniques to make a wide variety of baked savoury and sweet dishes. These will include: Meat Pies, Quiches, Savoury Tarts, Sausage Rolls, Scotch Eggs and Pasties. Sweet pastry tarts and pies, scones, biscuits and of course… cakes and simple decorations.

There will be a demonstration each week, with food to taste.

There is a small weekly charge to cover food costs.

  • Spring Term: £41.25 (there will be no class on 24 January 2018)
  • Nightly fee: £3 (£2.30 cons)
