An introduction for beginners to a range of techniques and skills starting with the basics such as covering a cake with buttercream and fondant icing.
On the first night, please bring two sponge cakes ready to be sandwiched together, and buttercream (shop bought or homemade is fine). You will also need a board to put the cake on, a palette knife and a sharp serrated knife.
Students will need to bring their own equipment. Further details will be supplied at the first class.
