For beginners to improvers, we will introduce you to a range of techniques and teach you the basic skills for covering a cake and making decorations (flowers, figures etc.).
On the first night, please bring 2 x 6″ or 2 x 8″ sponge cakes ready to be sandwiched together and covered in fondant. Please also bring 1 x 1KG box of Ready to Roll icing (available in all supermarkets) and enough buttercream to fill and cover your cakes.
Students will need to bring their own equipment, further details will be supplied when enrolling.
