Please wear comfortable clothes and flat, flexible shoes for ease of movement.

The enrolment/night fees will be combined for students who enrol for both the Chinese Exercise for Health and Meditation and Massage. The combined enrolment fee for Autumn will be £48 and the Autumn/Spring combined fee will be £87. The night fee will be £3.20 (£2.50 cons).
