This course takes a Chinese approach to meditation and massage.
You will learn and practice both in the class – doing meditation seated in chairs and using yourself as ‘the body’ for the massage.
It will encourage work with energy to make the practice more effective.
Skills in acupressure will be developed.
Suitable for beginners, particularly for anyone who is interested in complementary health care and/or wants to explore different guided meditations.

The enrolment/night fees will be combined for students who enrol for both the Chinese Exercise for Health and Meditation and Massage. The combined enrolment fee will be £45 and the night fee will be £3 (£2.30 cons).
