Modern Pilates brings a tried and tested exercise method into the 21st century by using the latest research and knowledge we have about safe and effective exercise.
Developed by physio and fitness experts, Modern Pilates classes aim to re-balance the body by improving posture, muscle tone, flexibility and core stability.
Modern Pilates can also help to relieve stress and tension, ease back problems, assist in injury rehabilitation and improve body awareness.
This is a friendly class suitable for different ages and abilities; please wear comfortable clothes, bring a yoga mat and a towel.
All students will be required to fill in a fitness questionnaire prior to starting the course.
