Yoga

A class for both men and women, beginners and returners, to learn gentle exercises using concentration and breathing combined with relaxation techniques for mind and body.

Wear loose clothing and bring a rug or mat to lie on.

  • Thursdays, 7.15-8.45 pm with Claire, or 7.30-9.00 pm with Liz (please state which session on your enrolment form)
